Owner Russell Gutch, designer for 51 years, is committed and dedicated to the art of hair designing for both men and women. He is a licensed hair dresser and barber in the States of Pennsylvania and New York. He has a ten-year national competition record, winning both first place and honorable mention awards. Has been published in Stylist magazine, showing today's trends. Mr. Gutch was employed by Zotos International for twelve years as consultant and educator in cutting trends, perm chemistry, marketing, and retail with integrity. He has traveled with Zotos to London, Italy, Hawaii, and Tokyo. He has had the opportunity to work and share trends with renowned international designers, like Paul Mitchel, Pierre Alexandre, John Freda, Sassoon International Cutting Team, Jon Sahaga, Masa Ohtakei, and many more.
Phi Chi Theta has twice recognized Changing Times Hair Designs for supporting their spring fashion shows. Under the direction of Russell, the staff volunteered and performed "Dress for Success" styles for students at Penn State. Twenty-five male and female models presented trends in hair fashions for business and leisure activities.
