We recognize that despite our best efforts sometimes a communication breakdown occurs between the client and the stylist and the service you were expecting didn’t quite turn out the way you would have liked. We’re humans, it happens.

While we don’t issue refunds, out of respect for the time and energy put forth by the stylist, we will offer a complete adjustment of the service you received, or issue a service of equal or lesser value at your choosing, at no charge to you.
